Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Follow established company policies while maintaining document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of working independently or in a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
