Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
