Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
• Capable of using equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
