Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store duties including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and managers.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register proficiently.
• Competence in using store equipment and implementing cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as an advantage.
