Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with a great shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience with exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
