Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures while ensuring document security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
