Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and merchandise is displayed neatly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Experience in retail environments and general cleaning tasks preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
