Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product merchandising and stocking, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases with efficiency and accuracy.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and maintain a neat shopping environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with their needs, and address inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Conduct inventory counts following guidelines, monitor accuracy, and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company cash handling policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
