Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that the store runs smoothly and that customers have a great shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
