Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product issues and inventory.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Contribute to inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
