Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
