Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
