Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for a secure and efficient operation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
