Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your primary focus will be enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior experience in retail is a plus
