Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members, follow company procedures, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Process customer purchases and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
