Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with our team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
