Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
• Take part in inventory procedures and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
