Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate and take part in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
