Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate efficiently
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and procedural matters
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and multitasking
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience valued
