Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
