Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the merchandising, stocking, and customer service operations of the store. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
