Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a great customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and lift items up to 45 pounds
• Perform various physical tasks around the store

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Perform general cleaning tasks according to standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
