Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly. As a Store Associate, you will engage with customers, merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience beneficial
