Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience may be considered
