Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures diligently.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
