Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, cashiering, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your contribution will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers efficiently.
• Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, follow instructions, and efficiently multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
