Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe operation of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards.
• Interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
