Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service in accordance with ALDI Acts Competencies.
• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
