Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide high-quality customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
