Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional service to our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy to prevent losses.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
