Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and operational concerns to management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register accurately
• Capable of safely using store equipment and following cleaning standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Efficient in organizational tasks and multitasking
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
