Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and accurately process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
