Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
