Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products to maintain store appearance.
- Process customer purchases and provide courteous service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
