Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
