Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.
