Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will have the essential role of merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neatly organized shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve overall store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service to customers.
• Proficient operation of cash registers and various store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies, perform cleaning duties, and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
