Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is favorable
