Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of store documents and data.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
