Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts with accuracy and adhere to company cash policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desired.
