Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail work experience.
