Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for multitasking.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
