Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and accurately, including a cash register.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
