Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering feedback on products and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
