Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
