Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. This position involves various tasks, including cashiering, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Offer outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with the team.
- Communicate feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
