Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, bending, lifting, and walking within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
