Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
