Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain organized merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash management policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
