Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow company guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
